KAZAN STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY HISTORY
In the year 1804, the 1st proposal in the institution of Kazan State Medical University when the Emperor Alexander I planned his royal authority to do so with the name of Kazan Emperor University. Further in the year 1814, the faculty of medicine was started in university, in 1837, the anatomy building was built for university whose architecture was inspired from anatomy building of Italy and was inaugurated by Nikolai Lobachevsky. In year 1994, the institute of medicine was given the status of Kazan State Medical University and from that point forward it has been picking up prevalence with this name in Russia and globally.
Kazan State Medical University is principally situated in the capital city of Tatarstan state i.e. Kazan and includes 9 faculties. The college is a multi-leveled and multi-useful state assortment of advanced education in medicine.
